Welcome to our community nikkitk123 and congratulations on 9 weeks quit (over 50 days!) quit, well done!
I take you are going cold turkey? I too quit cold turkey 21 months ago tomorrow and never looked back - like you, I really detest smoking and the smell of smoke turns my stomach - hold on that thought especially on bad days - wishing you continued strength and success and look forward to reading your updates
Hi roisin01 thank you, I did quit cold turkey was not easy as you know.I am still getting strong cravings mostly at night time.they go away pretty quickly now.the good thing is I know I will beat that nasty habit. Thank you again N.T.O.P well done to you too.
Great mindset and attitude nikkitk123 - yeah, night time is definitely tough as we wind down so time to think, then the mind starts playing tricks on us but as each day passes the stronger we become to deal with time.
Excellent comment below, knowledge is key and provides so much power in our quits!

Hi nikkitk123 - I am on day 4 of my quit and really hate smoking too - hopefully this will stand to me and get to your milestone of over 9 weeks, well done!
