Today is 53 days since I quit smoking, I know I still have a long way to go I just want to say the last few weeks changed me as a person and made me better person, I feel like the devil left my soul. And it is getting easier each day that goes by. Stay strong and we could beat it

Nikki....I love the "devil left my soul" part...it is an excellent expression to describe the life after smoking...It is truly a new life...I dont think you changed..you just became you again..!!

It is not easy to beat but now after 2 years I can't Imagine the life smoking again...It is to nice without "the devil in my soul "

Congratulations on 53 days no smoking, you have come a long way and I am sure you will beat the nicodemon. I can't imagine smoking now so I know it's worth the battle.

Hi Roisin01 it's has been a couple of weeks,super busy at work I am still going strong going on 3 months I think tomorrow.it's been a hell of a ride I know I got it licked,don't get me wrong I am.still getting strong urges but they go away quickly.I noticed I loose my patients a lot quicker now will it get better in time.thanks for asking how things are going
