I just remember it now while browsing through the posts here. I dreamed of myself smoking! The dream felt so real, I really saw myself belching smoke. I also felt guilty of throwing into waste my 107 days of being smoke-free. But good thing it's just a dream. Oh well, cravings perhaps lol.

Ah the old smoking dream! I still get that occasionally. The last time I had it I was smoking cigars and coughing up black stuff in my dream. It's a weird experience.

Yes the smoking dreams ChrisLeePH I think Ive only had 2-3 but felt SO guilty when I woke up and was so relieved when I realised it was a dream...I think it actually helps re-enforce the desire not to smoke by confirming the effort that's gone into it.

Hey Chris, I am a regular dreamer of smoking and just had one there last week (have at least one once a month) and over 14 months quit! My husband who is over 2 years quit had one over the weekend - the guilt is overwhelming and rightly said by Kissingbodia - it should keep us from ever lighting up again
