Well this is a milestone for me — I went swimming in the pond up the road (it's still friggin cold so I was wearing a half wet suit) But no smoke after my swim. In fact I didn't even think about it until right now. Im still waiting to feel more energetic and less depressed (waiting for my body to adjust after a lifetime of nicotine) but I dont think about smoking much. And when I do, I get a little jolt of fear. I just can't go through quitting again. So I either smoke or I don't. At 56, I just don't. Take care everyone!

How fun! The pond swimming! Well done on your quit. I’m only 27 days but feel similar about the ‘I can’t do this again’ so I won’t 😁
My wife would deffo join you in a pond swim, she’s a water baby. I would just the sat on the side in the dry ( still in a wet suit though ) can never be too warm!
Great success on keeping on the no smoking track. The swimming will keep you healthy now
