Hard to find someone to share.

My condition isn't the same as depression or GAD. I've been suffering a kind of brain trauma that was caused by the cessation of the long term use of antidepressant. But I don't suffer any acute withdrawal symptom anymore since I'm much better than before, finally now.

I have no brain damage in my brain but what happened in my head was like a stroke = a brain trauma.

One of the difficulties is that I cannot find anyone who can share my experience. I'm so frustrated, impatient and fearful by not knowing how my brain.will be back to normal again....
