epigastric chronic pain

Hello, let me quickly introduce myself Enzo, 24 years old, French, good overall lifestyle.

For 1 year chronic pain epigastric region, which does not move, accentuated when standing and static standing and when I swell my stomach. Not particularly punctuated by food. Relieved when I lie down.

Multiple treatments tried without result (esomeprazole, paracetamol, debridate, painkiller, digestive dressing)

List of exams done (they are all normal): abdominal and back scan, MRI, endoscopy, colonoscopy, heart, blood test, stool analysis.

Alternative medicine like acupuncture and osteo does nothing, work on the diaphragm does nothing.

I do meditation.

I'm a little lost and so are the doctors... Only small thing they found small stones after a 4th ultrasound in my gallbladder but according to them given my symptoms it doesn't come from that.

Does my journey speak to anyone or an avenue to explore?

Thank you so much
