Anxiety and overthinking

Because of anxiety or overthinking i don't know I'm not able to sleep continuesly like not more than 2 hours i used to have this but not like this I'm not able to sleep peaceful

What I used to do was to listen to the radio/podcasts to take my mind off stuff. Use earbuds if you're sharing a bed.I think more medically backed advice is not to struggle with getting back to sleep but get up, have a drink, and read something 'thats not too interesting ' for about 20-30 mins then go back to bed.

I tried sleeping early but the problem is not too long 2 hours maximum and then sleep wont come again struggle to sleep

That is a wise thing to do. You need to get on top of your overthinking and anxiety.

For me lot of issues going on all those tension inside me and alone I'm not able to handle

There is a possibility that medication might be a quick win but a talking therapy might also be indicated.

Yes, see a Dr about it,but also if you're same and can't go back to sleep, then dont fight it get up for a while, do something else.

Yeah i understood the thing problem is i need to go for work also in between the pressure i get there like small problem I'm getting a high tension

Hello Sunaid, sorry you are suffering with anxiety/sleep deprivation. As some have mentioned a visit to your doctor should be made. I suffered from anxiety for a long time. I am sending a information about a book "Hope and Help for Your Nerves" by Claire Weekes. I found it a very useful book which explains what you are going through in simple terms. It will, at the very least, explain what you are feeling. I hope this helps. Best wishes.

Has anything changed for you since you wrote this? I'm curious if any of the things you've tried have been effective yet. It's hard to know exactly what support you need from so little information, but there are many things I can recommend to help you sleep better.

Simplest is to make sure that you are eating a good diet, moving your body enough, turning off your devices a long time before you try to sleep, etc.

Also, getting to the root of WHY you're feeling anxious and overthinking, rather than just trying to overcome it with medication, is what will give you more longterm results
