Circumcision Incision Opened

Hey guys, It’s been 22 days since I was Circumcisized, and I just noticed that there is a very small gap on the incision line near the backside below where the frenulum was that appears to have opened up. There’s no pain, and no swelling associated with it. Does anyone have any experience on how this will heal, and how it will look when it heals?

Hey I’m I’m two weeks in and I notice the same problem on the right side close to the frenulum area .. I’m not sure how it will look after but doc said it should be fine just keep it clean and be patient

22 days is enough time for the stitches to come out so the main wound should be healed by now and the rest will follow. Usually its not a problem but only a doctor can reassure you that everything is ok as 1) we cannot see and 2) we (at least I) am not a doctor. But I would not see it as much as a problem as if for example it was week 1 after you circumcision where the stitches might have broken prematurely.

If there is no oozing of fluid , you should forget it

Hi mate I also had my frenulum removed when circumcised and the frenulum incision takes the longest to heal another week or so and you should be good just try not to get it wet or soak it as the scab comes off and it starts to bleed again.

Hi Xnf1, did this resolve in the end? Could you take a look at my latest post and see if it’s a similar issue?
