Sweat Rash

Can anyone advise on what I can use to stop this sweat rash from chaffing me please?

I have tried Talcum Powder, but it just seems to clog in my crease.

Have you tried canesten cream? Ask pharmacist for advice.

looks sore mate could be fungal or bacterial. Best to seek medical advice.

I apply Desitin 40% Xinc Oxide Diaper Rash ointment plus some Zeasorb AF antifungal powder with 2% Micoazole Nitrate for my “diaper rash”

I used Lubriderm and it fix the issue. I tried Talcum powder by it didn't help.

I had a sweat Rash i used Canesten cream after few days it was cleared up My was in the groin area under the belly part as well after 2 days off using it was cleared up

Use a nappy rash cream - whichever you choose - and apply each morning or after showering

Keep area dry as much as you can, loose underwear and maybe apply a hydrocortisone cream from the pharmacy
