Hi I am a 70 male I had a sister who gave me a kidney Aug 2015, as having been on dialysis 9 moths I was on the way out.

I have a good weight 70 kg, 5ft 5 height walk every day with Archie but I feel at times in a bit of a "Brain Fog"

Any one else has this please?

A lo of people our age’s experience brain fog but a healthy diet Will most likely remedy it with time. Keep focused on the positive things in your life and you will overcome it.
