When you ejaculate, your semen may or may not contain live sperm. If you're doubtful, the only way you can confirm this is to visit your doctor and he or she can refer you to a urologist who will ask you to provide a sample of your semen.
So, as I understand the question, you do not masturbate but do regularly ejaculate whilst asleep ?
If so I would suggest the wet dreams are due to lack of masturbating, your body is doing it's own thing to release 'tension'. If I am right, it does not sound like an issue unless it bothers you. Can't really help any further.
Yes it does not bother me but my friends say who masturbates and when i tell them i dont they tell me i have something odd and i need to have a checkup that thing bothers me then. Even though i ejaculate whilst sleep.I am going to marry within year so i wanted to clear things up.
We are all different - I have yet to meet my doppelganger!
But most men (and some boys) have nocturnal erections, usually during deep REM sleep when we simply dream of anything in our subconscious mind.
This can lead to a state of penis 'morning wood' when we awake with an erection so lengthy, rigid and erect it belies belief! And the strangest thing about this oddity is the total lack of desire to masturbate!
Having wet dreams is not something that should disturb you as it is a normal occurrence during especially the adolescent years. If however, the frequency of the dreams is too high, then you should start to reflect on your own lifestyle to see what could possibly be triggering or stimulating erotic thoughts even while you are sleeping. To help yourself, you should remove any and all visual stimuli such as television programs, movies, books, magazines, and internet sites which might have unhealthy doses of references to and depictions of explicit interaction between males and females.
If you are not getting ejaculation while during masturbation you should seek health care expert advices. It will helps to improve your sexual health in the future.
