Today for lunch I took some leftover steamed rice and added veggies (onion, capsicum, peas and corn), egg and soy sauce and made fried rice. I cooked an egg to put on top so it was almost like an Indonesian Nadi Goreng. I’m currently off work because of health issues so I’m loving being inventive as well as economical.
