Hi everyone. This was what I had for last night's dinner and today's leftover for lunch. We had black beans mixed with thick and chunky mild salsa, two tortillas, 4 mix blend cheese, green olives and a Pineapple Greek yogurt. When you add everything up, the total carbs. are 58 for lunch.
Since it was leftovers, it was quick and easy to get everything ready. It was really great and I enjoyed it.
