I put some bbq sauce on the base and it was topped with chicken (bought a cooked chicken from the supermarket), roasted pumpkin, caramelised onions, mushrooms, capsicum, tomatoes and Brie cheese + pizza cheese. When it was cooked I added fresh coriander. It was Devine!

Tonight’s dinner- Lemon Pepper pan fried salmon with salad which consisted of: Baby spinach, rocket, red onion, radish, capsicum, cucumber, grape tomatoes, avocado, cranberries, cashews and grated Romano cheese. Very tasty.

Raw Coco Curry Ingredients: Coconut milk &cream, a knob of ginger, small clove garlic, 2 teaspoons curry powder, chili ( up to you), 1/2 teaspoon masala guram powder, kelp noodles, veggies ( mushroom, carrot, shallots, capsicum). Soak kelp noodles in water. In a separate bowl cut up the veggies.

Tonight’s 2 course dinner

For dinner tonight we cooked a Thai Chicken and Basil stir fry which was packed full of veggies - onions, carrots, beans, capsicum, cauliflower and broccoli. This was followed by some Greek yogurt with fresh cherries and nuts. 😋 Delicious.
