Good day all, yes this has a lot in, however I am trying to flush out some pain and foods I shouldn't have eaten yesterday which caused a flare up.
Also probably feed 2, I don't eat a lot, when I do I like to have plenty, and enough for extra servings if I need.
Plus it's a full moon tonight and I slept most of the day π«£ππ€£
As you'll see I just make it up as I go, it's healthy food and it's just for me!
2 Sweet potatoes - oven 200Β° 10-15mins

Half bowl of all below - 160Β° 7 mins, then 200 7 mins
Some dried fruits
Almonds, cashews as walnuts

Crushed chillies
Sweet cinnamon
Whole cloves
Turmeric
Ginger
Sage
Parsley
Chia, flax, sesame, mustard and sunflower seeds
Honey and Coconut oil drizzled over top.
Kale - all raw
Baby spinach
2 spring onions
