Today, we had leftover quiche from dinner last Saturday. It has a brown rice crust, broccoli and cheddar cheese. I had a Greek yogurt with pineapple on the bottom as a side dish. With the yogurt, the total amount of carbs. were 41. Everything was really delicious.

Thank you, Hidden ! Quiche with a rice crust is one of my favorite foods for leftover lunch. I also enjoy pineapple Greek yogurt for either a side dish or a snack during the day.😀👍🥦🍚
You are welcome, Activity2004. Something I do is boil some of the pineapple and store the juice in the fridge. I then add this to my white tea, rather than sugar.
The brown rice crust looks awesome, by the way.

Broccoli and cheese anything is always something I always want to have whenever possible. I was hoping to have broccoli and cheese soup when it was cold weather, but we didn't have both/one or the other at the same time, so that was put off for a while, unfortunately.
Natural live yogurt full of all those good bacteria - I think is best. Soup is good idea like. Best ideas on healthy eating. Always something new or good old combinations

I was told pineapple was a big no from mu doctor and nutritionist. But it looks amazing.
