Hi Everyone,

This is what I had tonight for dinner with salad and a Raspberry Greek yogurt on the side. The meal was 35 total carbs. and was very delicious. We have leftover pea salad for another dinner.

What did you have tonight?

Funny we been having more fish and salmon too. I made kale, broad bean and sweetcorn and carrot mix. Kept me going throughout day. I think Kale so healthy and really stopped the tired feeling and keeping it healthy by olive oil, helps!

Thank you for saying this, Vonus5591 . Your dinner sounds really good and healthy.

I enjoyed the salmon with both salad and pea salad. Nice and healthy with few carbs..😀👍

That sounds very posh 🤗 I should start eating fish regularly.

I had salad: kale, spinach, spring onions, chia, sunflower, flax and sesame seeds with ground coconut, pickled onions, jalapenos, beetroot, half a squeezed lemon and coleslaw. Ooh and green olives, I think that's it lol

You have well planned dinner routines and very well calculated. I have never tallied up calories or carbs, good work, but I guess you really need that, good work 💯
