getting triggered all the time now by what appears innocuous stuff. Its like my eating disorder and anger has been my protection against how unsafe I feel. Feel vulnerable all the time now

Hey there. You're not alone in this, I'm the same way too. At least for me, I've found listening to music (sad or happy or whatever helps numb the pain best) can work well. Also, if you have someone close to you who you know you could trust, maybe keep something they may have given you with you (token, charm, stuffed animal, a letter, etc.). Even if you don't talk to them about what's bothering you, keeping a reminder of them with you might help you feel stronger or less alone. I hope some of this helps a little, my only other advice would be to try and keep a journal of your triggers or thoughts to try and find a pattern in them.
