Me too! Wow. I also have ocd and anxiety. I find that balancing my activities helps, meaning, pretty much I listen to my body and don’t push too hard nor not hard enough. I try to have balance in every aspect because I tend to go way off on one or the other end. Does that make sense? Then I give myself compassion when I make a mistake.

Some more- I find writing poems or writing about how I feel helps me to be creative and process incidents so I can get unstuck and move forward.

Hope this helps you.

If you have questions, I’m here, just ask.

I also take meds and go to therapy once a week.

Star has offered so many ideas. I need mindfulness daily. I love my morning coffee in silence. I put on some meditation music and just listen to the birds or sit in silence. I find it gives me a blank slate to start my day.

❤️🐬

Hey Amber, when I have energy I love a long warm shower, a walk in nature or a creative project. When I'm low on energy, I listen to relaxing music, do some colouring, watch low demand TV and make sure I have nutritious, easy to prepare food in the cupboards. In the past I've used a mood tracking app to get to know my patterns. I listen to podcasts or mindful music going to sleep too. I like to get enough but not too much sleep, the same for exercise. I journal and keep diaries as I can be forgetful when I'm anxious about something.

OMG. Just be good, kind, gentle with your self and life. Take time to honour and give thanks to who and what you are.. all the good things, forget the negative. Take time to just renew, breathe and allow that original unique inner spark to say hello again. The rest will come, once you allow yourself grace <3
