Oh my goodness they gave me injection and I can feel the pain so now he’s done a nerve block I waiting room waiting for it to take does anyone have this trouble x

It's a common problem so don't worry about it.

Hi, I hope it went okay eventually, I do tend to feel pain quite bad so now if I have treatment I have sedation so I can get through it, perhaps not for everyone and an extra payment but that what gets me through I seem to hit the roof when they inject I’m wondering if our bodies are sensitive to pain through fibro it also applies to our gums and nerves . Xx

Hope all went well had to go to the dentist yesterday and had a choice of having the treatment done with or without an injection. Prefibro the answer would ahve been a definite without but with fibro a definite with as I know that I feel the pain ten times more. She had to give me an extra injection and also wait longer for it to work so I can absolutely sympathise.

They were going to do a deep root canal filling plus a crown but unfortunately their machine had broken just before my appointment and they have to have a new one and all the recalibration required I've been in pain now for three weeks and the new machine won't be up and running for at least another three weeks. I feel like having all my teeth out, lol as I am sick of dental problems.x

It numbed eventually I reckon fibromyalgia definitely makes the dentist more pain I was always ok at the dentist now I dread it xx
