hi, I’ve just been prescribed naproxen to take “as and when needed” for the pain and told to take lansoprazole the same day.
the problem is I don’t always know at breakfast time (when I’m meant to take the lansoprazole) if I’ll need the naproxen later. So should I take the lansoprazole every day just in case? Or can it be taken later in the day?
thanks in advance

Well I have to take lansoprazole every morning to stop my food from coming back up, gastric reflux they call it. So I can only assume that this is what it is for. Sorry if no help
you can take it later in the day as long as it’s 30-60 minutes before food. Make sure you drink a big glass of water with it. If you don’t it can make you feel a bit sick. Well, it did for me anyway.
