Has anyone tried this supplement? It's supposed to help arthritis and just wondered if anyone has had good results from it.

Yep - its the main ingredient in Imove. Came across it when using Yumove for the dog. My poor old dog went from hardly being able to get out of bed to jumping into the back of the car in a couple of weeks. Couldn't be the placebo effect with a dog! Does help with the arthritic pain - like most things doesn't work for everyone but worth a try. That is the Imove not the Yumove!

Arthritis Research UK state that research shows it is effective for osteoarthritis. It certainly works for me.

I have found it very useful as a gel - Pernaton. It cools and soothes but haven't used it as a supplement.

Rosewine told me about Mussleflex, which is a green lipped muscle gel, the same as Pernation. It works really well.

Don't know Mussleflex. Pernaton smells really nice too.

Mussleflex Gel smells lovely too.

Translating the label, among other things, it also contains extracts of menthol, lemon, lime, eucalyptus and rosemary.

hi, same as first reply really, old dog could hardly move so gave him the green lipped muscle, chondroitin, glucosamine, msm, vitamin c, hydraulic-acid, and what a difference, can stand, move, etc, still old, but much better quality of life, all of the above, as really good for arthritis, joints, worth a try ? simply supplements is the cheapest, I find, just type in, or go on Amazon and they have loads different combinations, for different ailments, hope this helps
