Does anyone have difficulty raising their arms above their waist sometimes? Its almosts as of they have no power at all and I struggle to lift anything even a cup of tea. If i push it, it works to a degree but hurts
My doctor says it's just a pulled muscle but that doesn't really add up. It happens too often.

I would suggest seeing a chiropractor as an alternative diagnostic. Something might need to be freed up before it can heal. Maybe ten minutes teatowel wrapped ice pack followed by a warm heating pad might help as well.
This was one of the very first symptoms I had several years ago Could barely lift the kettle up and had to use both hands .Only on my right side Had physio for a few weeks and it resolved But then had a similar problem with my legs a couple years later again physio at that point helped Now my very cold legs are one of my main problems and painful knees Only diagnosed with fibromyalgia June last year
I have had 2 keyhole surgery on my right shoulder but now it's worse I have no tendons left in it my rotarater cuff is torn again I had nerve block but no difference to it I can't lift it high been given physio but that's just making it worse I use a heat bag on it slot and go sleep with it on my shoulder
