Pains in calf muscle

Hi all. I was wondering if any one has cramps & pains in calf muscles. To the extent where you can’t touch them ?

Yes, I do and even though it hurt I get my husband to massage cbd oil heat rub, it does help a little bit. Take care Lynne

I have found using an elastic bandage (the type you use for sprains) helps xx

Thank you for your advice I’m seeing my physiotherapist in a couple of days so I’ll be asking for something for my legs

Yes cramps in feet and calf’s always tight, I do have some help on light massage most days, and other times I use a bio freeze gel that’s really helpful x

I found epsom salts really good for calf muscle pain.
