Hot and Cold Pins and Needles

Good Morning Everyone

Was wondering if anyone else suffers from severe painful hot and cold pins and needles going into my neck. It does not last for long but happens on a regular basis. Feels like I have a raised rash on back of my neck and severe itching on my back.

Wishing everyone a better day.

Good morning,

I suffer with this as well. I don't always get full blown pins and needles just the fizzing feeling you get just before they kick in. The pain is like when your hands have been really really cold then you walk into somewhere very hot and they heat up too quickly.

I get it in my shoulders then in my neck up the side of my head then it's as if it shoots out of the top of my head. This is all over in seconds but can repeat several times a day and wakes me numerous times during the night.

Gentle hugs Soo.

Thank you. Interesting reading. I have fibromyalgia and it feels like I am using a tens machine at a very high volume while hot and cold pins are going in and out my neck. It is really painful and just starts for no reason and grinds me to a halt until it passes.

I am so genuinely sorry to read that you are experiencing this issue and it does sound quite unpleasant. It is not something that I have had a problem with, and I think you should probably get it checked out with your GP just to get other medical conditions ruled out of the equation. I want to sincerely wish you all the best of luck.

All my hopes and dreams for you

Ken

Thank you Ken. I have had fibromyalgia for about three years now so I imagine it is connected along with all the other symptons.
