Having a bad day today. Woke in the night with what felt like excutiating cramp in the lumbar region of my back. Still very painful despite taking the painkillers. So I'm plodding on at work and yes the fibro fog has set in! Keep forgetting names and words and it's driving me round the bend.
Hope everyone else's day is better.

Sorry to hear you are having a rough time it must be awful after having such a bad night with the pain to ahve to go into work no wonder fibro fog has hit you. Try having a warm bath with some Epsom Salts in it tonight before going to bed to see whether it will relax the muscles. Hope you are feeling better.x
Aawww (((((Katie))))) I'm so sorry that you are having such a bad day. I'm wondering if your back is actually going into spasm, it sounds rather like mine does when it's heading for a spasm. If you are able to take any anti-inflammatory then that may help, but I would be inclined to see if you can either see or speak with your GP. If this isn't possible and you still have this happening, sometimes alternating heat and cold can be of use......but seriously, do seek medical assistance if this gets any worse even if it means going to A&E .
Sending lots of positive healing vibes your way ππ
Thanks for all your replies. It really helped and got me through the rest of the day at work. Think you are right foggy and my back gone Ito spasm. Looks like it will be another trip to the docs for me!! Thanks again. Xx
