Anyone else awake? Silly question really lol Does everyone else find that... I had a really bad day yesterday, from pain to confusion and frustration over confusion... now my night is all disturbed and weird dreams!! So back downstairs with a Tea letting it all wash over me and not stress out..

Chill and relax I say lol xx

Yes I am often getting up about 3am making a cup of tea - whether it's pain or nightmares (think it's the pain that causes them) sometimes it's lonely having fibromyalgia - neese x

Yes it can be! It's about trying not to overthink... which unfortunately I have a habit of doing lol nice little circle I get myself into.

Hope you have a good day 💜💚❤

Hi Lynne I'm still awake... getting more and more jittery lol I keep spotting little jobs that need doing around the house and then pinging off emails for work. I will crash soon, I can feel it xxx

That is me every day every night

Managed to feel sleepy 6 am, got up at 11 am, then my plan was to go to library but muscles are so stiff that I walk like a robot despite the fact that I did a moderate exercise and swimming yesterday....🤓😕😥

Hi

I have a 3 wheeled walker with seat, this is brilliant because I can sit down whenever I want to. How are you feeling tonight? Love and hugs Lynne xxxx

Hi

How are you feeling today? Should have been going for a coffee with my friend but just not up to it today but she's a very good friend and so understanding. I remember being at the drs , my friend was meeting me to go out for lunch , anyway my Dr said vi had to go to hospital straight away. My friend ran me there and waited until either my son or hubby got tgeret. I'm very lucky to have some true friends as any one if them would have done the same as would other members of my family would have done. I'm here for each and evey one of you. Love and hugs Lynne xxxx
