Hi Beautiful Ladies.

But i really wish i will be pregnant normally.

4. I also have Eltroxin every morning to keep my TSH normal.

Hope I can get an advice or idea from you all, How will i improve on my next last IVF, me and my husband really hope this time. Im already in my 43 and my husband is 54, 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏.

Im having a fish oil, vit D with Calcium and at night i drink prenatal vitamins for our preparation on our upcomming ivf.

Wishing for Miracle😇🙏

I have 5to 6cm fibroid that was remove, after 2 dailed fet i undergo uterus scratching, we decidwd to have ivf/ICSI my husband has a low sperm count i dont remember the percentage😥 but the doctor says its ok.

We have a really good blastocyst from my previous FET (1st,2nd,and 3rd) Butno one of my blastocyst stick😭... I aak for explqnation, the only thing I get its because of our age😢

Hi there, IVF is really hard and can have all sorts of side effects afterwards which doesn't help at all. It sounds like you're doing most of the right things, the only additional thing I would suggest you take is CoQ10 for egg quality and also make sure your husband is taking supplements too to help with his sperm quality. Good luck!

Hello! I am so sorry to hear you are feeling so anxious about your next round and that you are still waiting to finally see that positive result, please keep up the faith and hang in there. Are you planning to do another egg collection for your next IVF or do you still have frozen embryos left from your previous cycle? If you're doing another egg collection then it may be worth looking into taking DHEA 75mg per day (in three doses) for about three months prior to egg collection as well as Melatonin during your stimulation phase (all the details in my profile). I did this (I was 43 at the time, my partner 57) over two rounds of embryo banking and we ended up with a combined 16 mature eggs, of which 9 fertilised and 5 made it to good quality blastocysts which we then had PGT-A tested. Now we have 2 euploid embryos and we will have our first FET in March. You may also want to consider a different type of fertilisation method, we ended up doing PIMSI (a combination of PICSI and IMSI) in a bid to identify only the most promising looking sperm as we had high DNA fragmentation.

Prior to any FET I was keen to rule out other factors apart from chromosomal issues with the baby that contributed to my previous four miscarriages. So I did the following investigations and I'll share the resulting treatment options my consultant recommended for each:

EMMA test: Checks your uterine bacterial makeup and whether it is favourable for implantation, they want to see predominantly lactobacillus cultures. If unfavourable, usually they'd recommend a course of antibiotics and probiotics afterwards.

ALICE test: Checks for pathogenic bacteria in your uterus that cause chronic endometritis (an inflammation of your lining). Again, antibiotics and probiotics if bacteria is found.

ERA test: Checks whether your lining is receptive at the point of transfer. You will need to do a mock cycle for this, you can do this with medicated and natural cycles, even though studies so far have only been done on medicated cycles. The consultant would change the point of transfer for your actual transfer cycle if so recommended by the lab.

Natural Killer Cells blood and uterine lining tests: Checks your levels are within range. If not, this could be treated with intralipids infusions and/or steroid treatment until 10 weeks of pregnancy as a minimum.

Thrombophilia profile: Checks for blood clotting disorders. Your doctor may prescribe you aspirin and blood thinners to counteract any findings to ensure good blood flow to the uterus.

Thyroid profile: Checks for antibodies and thyroid levels. I see you are already on medication to keep your TSH within range. Any antibodies could be treated with steroids.

Please feel free to message me directly if you want to chat about this more. Wishing you so much luck for your next attempt! X

Hi, thanks for writing. And Im so greatful of the advice. I really appreciate it, however we try to know why unfortunately our clinic dont investigate why my embreyo didnt stick. They just answered its because of our age😥.

And im fully aware about that...im Keep on praying every single day that miracle will come to us.

In a month now Im going to start my 3rd and last..Praying for positive result.
