So I've been put down on the waiting list for a laparoscopy, I'm 59, I'm hoping I've made the right decision has I've had a lot of abdominal surgeries in the past three cesarean sections, a laparoscopy a partial hysterectomy , a total hysterectomy gallbladder removal appendectomy, ( which revieled endo on it ) and more surgery to drain and cut away infected tissues from a very big abscess on my umbilicus. My recent MRI scan showed a lot of adhesions as well as my colon bladder and vaginal vault being stuck together. I feel quite a lot of pain and a lot of tugging and pulling in thay area , and it's getting worse I've also been getting bladder and bowel issues which I've been increasingly getting worse over the years, I feel that the tugging and pulling is causing more damage, and I bleed heavily from the back passage, so I would like to see what's going on inside and three consultants have agreed on this.
What are other people's opinions do you think I'm making the right decision?
