Please note this maybe to much info .... Apologies.
Sorry for the question. I know there is a few topics regarding Laparoscopy but just want to understand if what's happening is normal.
I had my laparoscopy 3 weeks ago. All the incisions have healed well and from surgery side of things I'm feeling great. I had been on Zoladex, HRT and mini pill for 16 months so haven't bleed probably since then however during surgery he placed a coil and I've stopped with all the other forms.
In the last week I have been getting really bad stomach pains, to the point where I can't move and have to curl up and get a hot water bottle (not great in this weather) also bleeding whilst having a bowel movement. This is fresh blood.
I've been bleeding for 5 days and it's very dark brown and thick.
Sorry for the description I'm just worried as the pains are how I felt when i just to get my flare ups.

I think you should get a check up and maybe a scan. I don’t know enough about the coil but have read they can move. GP might be able to feel if it has I’m not sure.
The GP should sort a stool test as well if you are bleeding from the rectum.
Thank you. I can actually walk again without being in so much pain. Just for that it was all worth it. I've messaged my consultant so hopefully they will get back to me soon. Xx
Thank you - still waiting, but bleeding all eased off, but the pain is back today aswell and it feels full on period pain so going to see if thats whats going on xx
