Zoladex

She'd rather not do it as zoladex is working but she said it's an option. I can stay on zoladex for another year or I can put my name on the list for the operation. She said I'd be a good candidate as I've responded well to zoladex.

Is there anything I should take alongside Zoladex? Just been started on Zoladex to start temporary menopause whilst wait for stage 4 endo and adeno surgery with full hysterectomy and bowel involvement.

I can't stay on Zoladex if I'm not on HRT. I have the coil already. I feel worse now than when I started on Decapeptyl and Zoladex ( I think!!). I don't know whether to come off everything and just keep taking codeine but then I have to take Senna!! I'm at a loss!

So started first zoladex injection two weeks ago, then started next period very early , wasn't expecting it until another 2 weeks, but thought this must be side effect of zoladex. However the blood is much less than my normal period. So where is the blood that usually comes out ?!

The consultant I’m seeing tomorrow has always said he would be VERY confused if nothing is found as Zoladex cleared my symptoms. So going in to tomorrow, I have no clue what he’s going to suggest. Does anyone know if Zoladex could have shrunk the endo? Thank you

My Endo specialist has written on my notes that if the Zoladex doesn't work then my problem is not gynae related.

recently had four months of zoladex which my consultant stopped abruptly after experiencing constant blood loss. since stopping five weeks ago I have been very poorly. Breathing difficulties, lethargy and cannot fight an infection after four lots of antibiotics and steroids.

Anyone else experienced these symptoms from triptorelin or zoladex?

hello all , I got inj zoladex 10.8 mg on 30 October ,for bulky uterus with fibroids, bled for few days then slowed down now after 5 weeks keep having heavy bleeding with clots , going for a total abdominal hysterectomy on 13 Jan hopefully should be fine after that , very concerned

I had an intravenous iron infusion in August as I bled pretty much permanently on zoladex. Has anyone experienced weird bruising rash thing on their stomach before?

Have been on Zoladex since May 2022.Has anyone had this and PSA dropped again or is it a sign the HT is not working. I have no Prostate but very happy with 0.1 but worried it has stalled and that it will now rise.

Hi guys just joined group,was diagnosed with prostate cancer 2021 PSA was over 1,000 had operation on spine then radiotherapy followed by chemotherapy then monthly Degarelix injections now been advised by oncologist to go onto Zoladex and Biclutamide as PSA has been slowly rising again,was down to 0.96

I received 8 chemotherapy Tamoxifen and Zoladex . January 2024 I got liver metastases. Ca15-3 markers > 800. I received 8 Docetaxel and I had regression (Ca15-3 is 125). I have been taking Palbociclib + Anastrazole for 2 months.

Hi guys, I'm 36 and have been on zoladex for the past 9 months. I've made the decision to have a hysterectomy along with recommend pelvic floor repair. I was wondering if anyone out there had been on zoladex before their hysterectomy and if the menopause symptoms where similar after or worse?

I'm currently on Zoladex and have been for about 7yrs and have had Chemo and radiotherapy during that time. My PSA is starting to rise again and the next option is either Zytiga or Xtandi. Does it help to have a break from hormone treatment for a while and if so how long. Cheers

Under Zoladex 10.8 for the last 4 years. His PSA is always in 0.01 since we started this injection in every 3 Months. in the last PET scan things were all OK .
