Zoladex

hello I have been on zoladex for 3 months now, almost 4. I am still having pain, may I ask did anyone find that their zoladex didn’t work and what happened next?

Hi guys, I'm 36 and have been on zoladex for the past 9 months. I've made the decision to have a hysterectomy along with recommend pelvic floor repair. I was wondering if anyone out there had been on zoladex before their hysterectomy and if the menopause symptoms where similar after or worse?

Can someone help im already.finish zoladex 6 months but now im getting cramps and even spotting could i have my period back. I need help anyone who were using zoladex

Under Zoladex 10.8 for the last 4 years. His PSA is always in 0.01 since we started this injection in every 3 Months. in the last PET scan things were all OK .

I have finished my zoladex & hrt treatment (6 months) for endo and I'm a week or so off it & been feeling extreme nausea even throwing up after eating. I've had a few other stuff like sleeping poorly & hot flashes & sporadic bleeding but the main issue is the constant nausea/vomiting.

I had an intravenous iron infusion in August as I bled pretty much permanently on zoladex. Has anyone experienced weird bruising rash thing on their stomach before?

Has anyone else had Zoladex? Does it help pain? Any advice?

a Rarp in August 23 for a Grade 5 T3a prostate cancer Jan this year my PSA started to rise setting of alarm bells with my Urologist further test and a PSMA PET scan confirmed Metastatic recurrence on lymph nodes and a rib I was put back on to monthly Degarelix Hormone therapy having not tolerated Zoladex

I have adenmyosis and endo currently on zoladex. The past 2 days I've been getting some awful pain in my back nothing unusual but now getting pains in my belly around my belly button. Does anyone else have this? Xx

I thought Zoladex is used for women and Lupron works for men? is that not true????

After last zoladex implant a couple of months ago when I received extreme bruising and felt weird! A few weeks later I noticed renewal of body hair growth, testicle growth and urination changes. Was concerned that implant hadn’t worked.

Im now experience bad cramps after finish zoladex. I think im back to my periods now,for a couple of weeks now my stomach hurt really bad i feel nausea na even diarrhoea like the previous time.

My GP /Gynae seem to think it may be because of Zoladex It maybe that it works wonders for some people but just not me!!

Hi,I'm 3 weeks post zoladex (3.6) implant and have started getting headaches and feeling sick. Are these a permanent side affect or do they go away. I've yet to have the full impact of Zoladex but I cant shift the headache?

or reoccurring endo (it was picked up on MRI previous to my November diagnosis with the lap) however the specialist nurse and consultant keep suggesting I take zoladex.

Thankfully I’m feeling much better mood wise, now the zoladex is out of my system, but I’m so scared of what a hysterectomy is going to do to me. Apparently oestrogen patches are better tolerated if you suffer with migraines, does anyone have experience of this? TIA x

are lupron and Zoladex the same efficacy-wise ?

I’ve Been advised to try this second dose and if no change then consider zoladex whilst awaiting surgery with colorectal input. Is it just me? I feel really disappointed. Struggling with self pity and pain and just wanted to moan to you lot who get it 🙃

He’s also on prednisone and nubeqa, as well as his injection of Zoladex. Wondering if anyone else can shed light on their experience with chemo and if side effects get worse with each cycle of docetaxel?

Having been on Zoladex (which stops oestrogen all together) many years before hand I was reminded of these symptoms. I believe the overall achiness is due to how it has affected my bones, as I experience the same thing on Zoladex.
