I am day 2 post my second lap and am still getting some irrational spotting and bleeding. From the first time round I remember still being pretty uncomfortable for over a week. Keep resting and moving gently and if you’re worried call the hospital up xx
Does it hurt you by any chance any pain, discomfort etc? I will wait until tomorrow to see if there is still pain ☹. And I hope you get well soon darling... have a speedy recovery xx
I have some lower abdomen pain but the bleeding itself doesn’t hurt as such. Try and have a good night of sleep and definitely phone the hospital tomorrow if you’re still struggling. I hope you’ve got some painkillers they gave you too! Take care xxx
Was your endo removed? After my first lap in June I didn't bleed at all and had little pain but that's cos they didn't remove any endo as it was too extensive, however after my excision surgery in September I bled for 10 days and was in a lot of pain for just over 2 weeks xx
I am two weeks post op for the first week j felt fine. Some little spotting. But saturday I felt like someone was stabbing me, I presumed my first period after op I am hoping I dont have this pain again as it is horific
I had my Lap 5 days ago & still having pain. Ive bn spotting since the day after the Lap. The pain in the areas they operated is the worst, seems to get worse with movement.
Ive been walking around the house a bit but the pain starts after a few minutes i have to lay down, it makes me feel ill if i try to do more.
Im not sure if the pains the healing or just a sign its worse. I had 2 hours in surgery to remove a lot of adhesions gluing my bowel, uterus & bladder together, but no Endo seen.
Did you have any treatment carried out with yours? I suppose we have to be patient, which seems hard when at the minute theres no improvement.
Hopefully things will get better over the weekend.
I literally feel the exact same as what you're describing !! But the only issue they didnt acc remove any endo this time round ☹. So... I am abit concerned they only saw a hernia and decided to stop.
And I'm so sorry to have to hear that.. I really hope your symptopms get better cos that all sounds horribly painful 😭💔.
These symptoms are quite unusual. My pain after lap lasted for 2-3 days and then it was fine. Even I travelled 240 mms after 7 days of my lap which was all comfortable. Please consult your doctor.
No in laparoscopy bleeding in urine has never been experienced by me. Even pain is also not experienced. Please consult the doctor who has operated you.
Hey, I’ve been spotting since my lap which was 2 weeks ago. I had a sharp pinch every time I peed but that has stopped now. If it’s not a lot of blood I wouldn’t worry to much but mention it to your doctor xoxo
I bled quite heavily for 19 days after my latest lap... sometimes it was very heavy flooding and many clots. I also had blood in my urine. I emailed my surgeon who said that it was normal after the trauma of surgery - they did a lot of work. I was worried but that was reassuring. It's the bodies' way of clearing everything out of the pelvic cavity. I supplemented with ferous fumarate (iron stores felt low). Keep in touch with your GP if you are worried.
