Well I have stayed on track every Sunday - Wednesday - Friday for 6 weeks then My grandmother fell and broke her hip. :(. So bedside hospital stays have been my life for the past week. Then she had surgery, and is waiting for rehab so I took an opportunity to get a run in for the first time since a week ago Sunday. I debated to start the week over. Well I wanted to see if this conditioning was working and decided to move onto the next run. And I did it! No problems! My grandmother is better...she walked for 20m today. That made me run (and BREATHE) even better. Good luck to everyone else on this journey with me.

Well done! Glad to hear your grandmother is getting better - and fantastic that you didn't let the change in routine derail you from the programme once you had a chance of getting back to it! Sometimes life gets in the way - that's inevitable, as other things can be more important than running(!), and it can be so easy to let a new habit slip, so well done to you for not doing that
