Well done! I’m at exactly the same stage, w5r1 done this evening, isn’t it great to be out watching the changes in nature as well as getting fitter 😊
It is one of the joys of running outdoors, to see the changing seasons; to feel the sun, rain and wind and watchin nature do its amazing thing. Keep on with the programme it will bring you much joy
