👍Excellent Pete!
Don’t ignore that ankle! Rest it & if it’s still niggling get it seen to!
An excellent way to strengthen ankles is to use your barefoot big toe to write the alphabet! You can do this watching TV.
What colour pen 🖊 do I use 😂😂😂

Rest days are so important especially if there are injury niggles. Take care

Do you have an actual injury on that ankle, new or old? Did you get fitted with good running shoes? 🤔
I haven’t done any running before used to be a football couch did a bit run and stretching with the kids and used to ref the games ,did get measured for running shoes ,I fell off the pavement a few days ago so hopefully it will go away

You are wise not to ignore injuries. I was a week 'late' graduating because of a twinge in my ankle. I was very frustrated at the time, but I'm very glad now that I rested it.

Ditto what others have said, listen to that ankle and take and extra couple of days. Then on the next run, maybe go a bit slower

Well done, and rest up - you don’t want to end up like me!

Rest up and when you go back you could try slow running, it is much better for your joints and might help strengthen that ankle to get you back on track. Hope it heals quickly.

There is nothing wrong with taking rest days as and when you need to! There is no rule that says you *have* to finish the program in the time it says to. You do you. Look after yourself
