The feeling of completing these runs are getting better and better. I am sooo buzzing about completing this run after 5 little weeks! Didn't look at the plan and hummed during Sarah explaining so just went with it and when she said each section I was like ok that's easy enough and the next thing I knew I had done it. I'm so happy!!! :-) :-)

Great run... interesting tactic not listening to the coach early on 😂. If it works it’s good!

Enjoy run 2... the next bell is the halfway point of the plan.

Your progress is more exciting when you think that you’ve actually only being doing this 4 weeks... maybe less if you’re running every other day!

Well done Hattie27 on getting to week 5 run 1, you say you don't look at the plan ahead until Sarah explains it to you, so I will NOT tell you what happens regarding the third run of week 5 !!

I have seen that which I am feeling a bit apprehensive about however I have surprised myself continually with the runs so far so I am optimistic!

You came out of run one of this “feeling great” I was feeling like I should call an undertaker... so if I can do this, you certainly can. Believe in yourself when that run comes, you got it.

Do you know, I really didn't hate it! :) Got it in the bag! have you done the second run yet? how did it go?

i have just completed it! Like you said, I didn't hate it either. Mentally felt fine but physically the last half of the second run was difficult as I was running an incline so my calves were burning but I pushed through and all done :-D

:O omg well done! you are my little ray of hope before each run now, I have decided. I run a relatively flat route. hills and I disagree fundamentally both in the going up and the going down. I remember we went on holiday once in Warfdale (massively hilly) and there was a steep hill about 2 miles long to walk down to get to the village (pub). I made my way down very gingerly, Duck stopped to look at some chickens in a garden then came running down the hill to catch up with me. My immediate reaction was to crouch and take the brace brace position the tell you to on aeroplanes. Needless to say we had to order a taxi home, there was no way I could have walked back up that incline. Maybe now I might give it a go, but I know I wouldn't be happy about it.

Loveeeee this story 😂😂😂. I have an image in my head of it playing out. Going to need to plan my route for the next run as if I hit that incline again after running for 20 minutes I'll probably go backwards 😂😂

Well done!! It surprises me how it gets a little easier each time. I really couldn’t run for toffee!! I’ve got W5R2 tomorrow - feeling apprehensive 😬 but I’m hoping will smash it 👊🏻🏃🏽‍♀️. Happy running!!
