Morning..well done on finishing it 👏🏻. I always find the first run the hardest- legs like lead. It will get easier, the programme is designed to increase fitness and stamina during the weeks. I do find my lungs are improving but my legs haven’t caught up yet. Don’t forget where you have come from - the couch ! You’re doing so well.
Just trust in the programme- this time next week you will be on week 6 😊.

I find it almost comical just how slow I start off my run 🙂 Maybe you could try *really* stripping it back. It’s quite common for people to head off too fast. Have you watched the Japanese running video? If so, watch it again!

🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉. Only 2 more runs in Week 5!!! Sometimes just getting out there feels like the biggest hurdle - and you did it and then completed the run as well. Just amazing. Well done.
