I just ran 20mins! I couldn't be prouder to be honest! 20 mins!

Anyway a recap of the week

Run 1: went wellish seemed harder than the w4r3 even though it was the same run

Run 2: was a bit of a struggle for the first 8 minutes but the second lot was easier.

Run 3: after run 2 I really thought I wouldn't be able to do the whole 20 minutes but I did, once I passed the first 10 minutes it got easier and for the last 2 minutes I even upped my speed a bit.

Very well done. It looks like the people who keep saying that 'the programme works' are telling the truth! Enjoy your rest days and good luck with the next 4 weeks, you're now over half way through.

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran 🏃🏾 😊

Awesome. Well done.

Watch out for week 6! You might find it a bit frustrating for the first couple of runs, but you'll really enjoy progressing onwards.
