Really wasn't feeling it this morning, made myself get out of bed (looked like a scorcher so I had planned to go early) and dragged myself out of the house.
First 5 minutes I was the usual awkward, uncomfortable, stumbling mess but soon settled down and started enjoying it. Was feeling pretty good at 10 minutes and the second half just flew by!
I've gone from barely being able to run for a minute to running 20 minutes non-stop in 5 weeks! Bring on week 6 😁
