Week 5 had me feeling most skeptical when I ‘cheated’ looking at what was to come when I started C25K. No way could I run for 20 minutes none stop!
Here we are almost 6 weeks later and I smashed it. No stopping, no pausing, no slowing down! I am absolutely amazed. Granted this was my first run on a treadmill (due to the terrible weather) so that may have made it a tad easier but I am SO proud of myself.
Any tips going into week 6 greatly appreciated.
Anyone coming up to week 5 you are in for a treat, this week has made me feel great!

Week 6 r1 is back to run walk intervals and it sometimes catches people out, so take it easy still, it's still longer than the 20 mins you just ran. But you've got this. Slow and steady !
Running is running... it may be different on the treadmill, but you just did 20 minutes of running... 20 minutes of cardio... 20 minutes of proving you can... great job.
