My husband died just over two years ago. I was looking at runs on 'map my run' app near me, I clicked and found they had been run by my husband. Awwww I could not believe it. I have been feeling so sorry for myself having to take steroids for my asthma and stop running for a bit. Seeing this made me remember he would have been so chuffed with my progress. I had been trying to remember his routes too, now given me encouragement to rest but determined to get back to it!

How lovely and sad at the same time. I am finding my own similar bereavement much the same. I am hoping my c25k experience will help me to cope. Good luck and I am sure you will do it. I am looking forward to starting week 2 tomorrow. Xx
