Hello! I started about 3 weeks ago assuming I’d just give it a go and that it wouldn’t work. I’ve never been a ‘runner’ in my life. I was complete hooked on the first run and am amazed at the difference it’s made to me mentally as well as physically.

Waiting impatiently to get out this morning to complete week 3 😊
