Had an extra days rest this week due to birthday celebrations over the weekend, and after being injured last week I'm completely out of sorts with my days.
However I have just completed W3. I found it a little harder than the previous 2 runs, maybe due to the longer gap. I'm now debating whether to repeat a run before going to W4 just so I feel comfortable or be brave and start W4 as I should be
But for now week 3 complete, yay πͺπ
