Had an extra days rest this week due to birthday celebrations over the weekend, and after being injured last week I'm completely out of sorts with my days.
However I have just completed W3. I found it a little harder than the previous 2 runs, maybe due to the longer gap. I'm now debating whether to repeat a run before going to W4 just so I feel comfortable or be brave and start W4 as I should be
But for now week 3 complete, yay πͺπ

We just have good days and bad days, I think. I struggled with W4 Runs 1 and 2, felt sure I would want to repeat the week although I had completed the runs. Then R3 of that week was fab...I think it's just the way it goes.
I've just been reading your old posts, I found that interesting how you felt over W4, funny how some days are better than others. I should trust myself and just do it.
