Week 3 complete! I found this week one of the easiest, although the running time increased, the amount of runs was less and it felt easier. Plus I found a good pace, speeding up will come I'm guessing? Was dreading week 4 as the running time increased by quite a bit and the thought of running a solid 5 minutes felt a lot. However, after running 3 minutes today I felt like I would be able to keep going another 2 so fingers crossed it won't be too bad, I'm not dreading it now at least. 🥳

That’s great, your confidence is growing and yes you will be able to do it. Five minutes seems such a long time to run in the beginning but slowly slowly the programme builds you up and really does work. We’re at 25 minutes now and I definitely wouldn’t have been able to do that just a few weeks ago. Enjoy and take it slow, one minute at a time 😁

Thanks, I feel like I'm starting to view it differently now that I'm settling in to it. Gosh 25 minutes still feels a lifetime away though. Well done you!

Well done Sarah, that's the joy of the c25k plan it kinda sneaks the run times up and you don't really notice the increases !

Good running 👍👍

Brilliant. Glad you're enjoying it.

Agree fully that Week 3 was my easiest week as well, which is probably down to the distance covered. Looking at my stats, I recorded the shortest distance in the whole programme during that week.

It sounds like you are in the right place, Sarah2706. That slow build certainly seems to work. Happy running.

You will be fine. Sounds like you are taking it all in your stride! Well done on a great week 3 😊🏃‍♀️.
