This morning marked the end of week 3 on my C25K journey and once home and cooled down I realised that only 3 weeks ago I was terrified about having to run for 60 seconds at a time yet I am excited about trying to run for 5 minutes next week!!!

After looking at what the plan has in store for me over the coming weeks I have to admit I am nervous as it seems to jump quite significantly in week 5 however even though I get tired I enjoy it so much.

Sunday I am going to do my W4R1 as part of my local 5k fun run and just plan on walking the remaining distance once my C25K app stops as I am not covering 5k quite yet.

Happy times ahead!

Bril! Me too 😁 I ran for the bus the other day, only for about 1 min but was so proud that I did it.

Good luck on Sunday. I am hoping to be out there too with W4R1 💃🏻

I have my W3R3 tomorrow. Definitely an amazing feeling knowing you can run for longer each time. I took aggggeeessss to actually get off my butt because i was daunted by the 1 min running! Now I can comfortably run for 3 mins and am too looking forward to the 5 mins next week!

Good luck and keep going!

You are doing great. Don't worry what runs are in front of you as all the previous runs prepare you for it. Enjoy your fun run on Sunday. 😊😊
