Ok W3R3 complete yesterday yay I did it but.... every run day and every 3 min run was a real struggle for me... I almost gave up moving and never felt so relived to stop running.... this was a battle between the body and mind for me π’ would repeating W3 help me build the strength and stamina to progress to W4 I'm not in a rush to complete the program as long as I'm continuing to use it ?

Well done Julie, at least you are doing it. I had a tough W4 and almost threw the towel in but D3 went well and Im back, just keep it up π

Each week is supposed to push you to build up your stamina. If you completed the week then move on. Just remember to slow down and then slowdown some more and this will help you complete the runs.
You did it, move on and take it as a real big milestone completed, which it is. You are 1/3 of the way through, so things do start to toughen and stretch you a little more. Its good that you are not in a rush as that's a very sensible way to approach the plan. Try the first run in W4's plan and if it's a real struggle well repeat that one. But i think you may well surprise yourself on progress. take an extra days rest if needed. But brilliant stuff, you are committed and grittily determined. So well done you.
