Did it .. week3 complete. Note to self; don’t plan a route where the final 3 mins is uphill πŸ€¦β€β™€οΈ.. was hard but didn’t stop 😁.. week 4 here I come 😱

Well done. My flat route did turn out to have a what for me feels massive hill just on at the start of the last 3'. We are going to be so fast on the flat, we wont know what's happened!

Well done you! I’ve struggled to plan my route where’s it’s safe due to going at 6:30am. I have to double back on myself and one bit is quite steep, I’ve just kept me head down and steadied my pace. But I totally know where your coming from I long for a flat run. However I suppose it will make us fitter and better runners in the long run πŸ‘
