But I did it, I actually ran for the 3 minute stints and it felt great!!!
Negative/Positive....I gave in to a Chinese take away today๐ Buuuuuttt, I think it gave me more incentive to get up off my backside and put my trainers on!!!!๐

Yay, well done, woo hoo. You've given me inspiration for my wk 3 run 1. Is it x3, 3 minute runs? How long is the recovery interval?
I had plaice and chips from chip shop this evening, first time in ages, so don't feel bad about your Chinese, lol. I feel quite lousy what with this flu/aching and my hip aching, so I thought why not ๐๐
Oh I'm so pleased I'm not the only one eating naughty food!! Especially when you feel a bit rubbish, it always helps๐๐๐๐
I was quite pleased with this run as it started with the same 90 sec run, 90sec rest, from week two, then into a 3min run, 3min rest and then repeated 90secs run/rest, 3min run/rest, so it felt ok but also like I'd achieved something more!
Keep yourself well, take it easy and just remember how far you've come, especially with the 10,000 steps challenge!
