My calves are aching ALOT, not sure if I can do this run!!!!!

What can I do to help my calves/ push through?

10 minute warmup, not 5 minutes.

Run slowly.

10 minute cooldown.

Stretch well when you get back.

If the calves hurt when you are running, cut it short, come home and RICE.

Same here. Warm up and warm down helps but during the run my calves feel sore. Just pushing through it at the moment. 3 minutes 😤😱

Stretch the calves- stand with your toes on a step and let your heels drop down, count to 20 or so. Do it as often as you can remember.
