I did it. I cant believe i ran for 3 mins! Ive been so terrified of this transition to 3 mins but i did it! I was smiling into the rain and telling the donkey in the field next to me that i have just ran for 3 mins lol.

I feel so much more confident and my ability to complete this now and i know that sounds crazy but its the first hurdle and it wasnt as bad as i thought it would be, even at my weight i can do this

Chuffed to bits with myself today ...... And its Monday lol 😃

I'm sure the donkey was impressed! I often tell the ducks on the canal that they're witnessing a miracle as I run by!

I tried it on Friday, but I walked every time I crossed the road! Think I just go too fast...will be great once I feel I can do it for real!
